Welcome to the Moien AI project website!
MOIEN AI! brings students, teachers and education stakeholders in Luxembourg together to explore generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) through practical, hands-on learning. The project aims to strengthen GenAI, digital and data literacy, helping participants understand how these technologies work, what they can do, and where their limitations and risks lie. By engaging directly with GenAI tools, students can practise designing prompts, assessing AI-generated content and recognising bias or unreliable information.
From January 2027 to October 2030, the project plans interactive workshops in primary and secondary schools, teacher training and activities for the wider public. Workshop content will be adapted to participants’ age, experience, school context and language. Through collaborative activities, educational games and annual showcases, students and teachers will have opportunities to experiment, create projects and share what they have learned. The project also involves parents and other education stakeholders, supporting dialogue about the responsible use of GenAI in learning.
MOIEN AI! promotes an “augmented intelligence” approach: AI can support human abilities, while people remain responsible for thinking critically about how it is used. The project will develop free, multilingual learning materials in English, French, German and Luxembourgish for students, teachers and parents. By sharing these resources and encouraging collaboration across Luxembourg’s education community, MOIEN AI! aims to make GenAI learning more accessible and foster critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving and responsible engagement with AI.
